      Why does my Sensor say Offline?

      The sensor tile will show offline for three reasons:

      1. The batteries need to be replaced or recharged.Temp and Humidity sensors batteries should be replaced every 12-18 months.
          1. Batteries can be purchased in bulk through Amazon or individually through our online store. Each sensor requires two batteries. 
        2. Water meter batteries are covered for their first five years of use. Please contact support to learn more.
        3. Wireless Dry Contact & BinTalk Feed Sensor batteries are rechargeable.
      2. The sensor is too far away from the gateway and cannot connect.
