Attending to / acknowledging an alarm in the BarnTalk mobile app
To silence your active alarm for 45 minutes, click the "Attend to alarm" button on the alarming sensor within the BarnTalk app. The CallTree will receive an SMS message confirming who on the CallTree acknowledged the alarm and will no longer call unless the alarm is not resolved within 45 minutes to which calls will begin again.
Tip: Select the Barn Tile and then the Sensor Tile that is in the active alarm status. The 'Attend to alarm' button will then appear.
