The BarnTalk mobile app provides the ability to delete your account. Accounts are automatically created the first time you log in to the mobile app with your phone number.
Steps to delete your account in the BarnTalk mobile app
Step 1: Log into the BarnTalk mobile app.
Step 2: Tap the settings tab at the bottom right corner.
Step 3: Tap the “Customer Support” row.
Step 4: Tap the “Delete Account” row.
Step 5: Tap the “Delete Account…” button.
Step 6: Tap the checkbox to confirm.
Step 7: Tap “Delete Account Now”
What information do we collect?
The app collects different types of information in addition to the user information (name, email, phone number) that you have provided for your account. This includes information to improve your app experience including app interactions, location information, crash logs, and diagnostics. This information is retained for 30 days.
