When the green power button on the gateway box blinks once every 10 seconds, it means the gateway has a cellular connection. Additionally, in the app, it will show a recently updated time on the gateway tile. 
On the other hand, if the green power button blinks once every 1-3 seconds, it indicates that the gateway is searching for a signal. If the gateway was recently turned on, it may take 20-30 minutes to establish the initial connection.
