No, BarnTalk does not require Wi-Fi. BarnTalk's gateway has a multi-carrier cellular connection built right into the hardware. That means all you have to do is turn on the box and it will find the nearest cell tower with the strongest signal and connect automatically. It's that simple!
Note: Our box uses special connectivity to perform well in rural isolated areas where most barns are located! Even if your cellphone doesn't work at your site, we guarantee our BarnTalk system will!
