If your BinTalk Feed sensor is showing an Error or is not reporting data, follow these troubleshooting steps....
Inspect the BinTalk sensor. Things to look for:
- Is the unit damaged? Cable between camera and solar unit is not cut or disconnected.
- Dust and other obstructions over camera lens cover.
- BinTalk is misaligned on the bin lip. Errors are reported for misalignments above 10 degrees.
- Solar panel facing the sun as much as possible to properly charge
Note: BinTalk has a 'Temperature safety mode' that will hibernate the camera until temperatures are above -4F/-20C and stable connection is restored.
