# App Troubleshooting

## Issues with the BarnTalk app? Here's some troubleshooting steps!

### For Apple Devices:

1. Force quit the app

2. Restart the Device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

**Note:**

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will reset your gateway barn list and tile arrangement in the app.

### For Android Devices

1. Force quit/close the app:

2. Restart the device
3. Clear the app's data 
     1. Open your phones "Settings" app.
     2. Navigate to the "Apps" section of the "Settings" app.
     3. Tap the "BarnTalk app" from your list of apps
     4. Tap "Storage".
     5. Select Clear Data / Delete Data / Remove Data

**Note:**

- Clearing an apps data will reset the gateway barn list and tile arrangement in the app.

4\.     Uninstall and reinstall the app (this also ensures you are running the most recent version of our BarnTalk app)

If all the above steps have been completed and there is still an issue, reach out to our support team via email at support@barntools.com, call/text Toll Free at 855-580-0058 during the hours of 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.
