Issues with the BarnTalk app? Here's some troubleshooting steps!

1. Restart the device
2. Force quit the app
   1. iOS - force quit an app
   2. Android - force quit an app
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app
   1. iOS - uninstall an app
   2. Android - uninstall an app
4. Update the device software 
   1. iOS - software update
   2. Android - software update
